Question Submission Close Date 2/28/2022 4:00 PM EST Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 4/15/2022 This invitation is for replacement of the theatre curtain in the Whitlock Building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete replacement including of all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required. All materials, components, and services necessary to provide a complete system indicated in this Section, as specified herein and shown on related Drawings including, but not limited to: 1. Verification of dimensions and conditions at the job site. Site visits to be coordinated with Facilities Manager to obtain measurements. 2. Shipment of equipment to job site. 3. Installation and completion, in accordance with these Specifications, related Drawings, the Equipment Manufacturers recommendations, established trade criteria, and all applicable code requirements. 4. The inspections, demonstration, and necessary adjustment of the completed installation by the Contractors engineering personnel. 5. Preparation and submission of complete record drawings and operational and maintenance data and certificates. Final completion shall be within Seventy Five (75) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order
