Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,480-square-foot transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of 7/20/21, the bids for this project have been rejected. the City will reject the bids and re-advertise the project. The Sponsor, in accordance with the Provisions of Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Title VI Clauses for Compliance with Nondiscrimination Requirements (Source: Appendix A of Appendix 4 of FAA Order 1400.11, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs at the Federal Aviation Administration) Title VI List of Pertinent Nondiscrimination Statues and Authorities (Source: Appendix E of Appendix 4 of FAA Order 1400.11, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs at the Federal Aviation Administration) It is the policy of the Department of Transportation (DOT) that disadvantaged business enterprises as defined in 49 CFR Part 26 shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with Federal funds. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. PROVIDE A LUMP SUM DEDUCT TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL TRESPA METEON WALL PANEL SYSTEM, OR EQUAL, IN LIEU OF BASIS OF DESIGN PRODUCT CENTRIA RAINSCREEN SYSTEM. REFER TO SPECIFICATION SECTION 07 42 13 MODULAR METAL WALL PANELS. Project will be constructed under a general construction contract. B. If the construction time exceeds the contracted time, the Architect has the right to charge the Owner for the additional time spent on the project, which may then be back charged to the Contractor A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings. B. Scope of new construction work is shown on drawings. C. Plumbing: New construction, keep operational at existing buildings. D. HVAC: New construction, keep operational at existing buildings. E. Electrical Power and Lighting: New construction, keep operational at existing buildings. F. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: N/A in new construction, keep operational at existing buildings.. G. Fire Alarm: New construction, keeping existing in operation. H. Telephone: New construction, keeping existing in operation. I. Security System: New construction, keeping existing in operation. J. Site Utilities: New construction, keeping existing in operation. K. Landscaping: N/A at new construction, keeping existing in operation.
