The project work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials required for the cleaning of all surfaces to bare metal on the mainspan located between the towers, and 100% overcoat of steel including all sidewalks, curbs and plates, railings, catwalks, and all attachments to towers.
