Josephine County is soliciting written proposals to provide hazardous material abatement services for the former Josephine Memorial Hospital located at 714 NW "A" Street in Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. The County will obtain a Brownfields Redevelopment Fund grant through the Oregon Business Development Department (OBDD) to complete the cleanup of the Josephine Memorial Hospital site. An Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) has been completed, and the County now seeks a qualified contractor to perform asbestos, lead paint, and other potentially hazardous material removal.
