Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Fort Vannoy Parking Lot Project ; location- 5250 Upper River Rd Grants Pass, OR 97526 The scope of this project is to renovate and expand the parking lot at Fort Vannoy Elementary School, operated by Three Rivers School District in Grants Pass, Oregon. The parking lot improvements will separate the buses and parents for dropping off and picking up students. Project start date June 15, 2022. Contract must meet a Substantial Completion date of August 12, 2022. Representatives of the Contractors will meet with the Owner and Project Manager for review of the project specifications and then visit the site for a walk of the facility. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "FORT VANNOY PARKING LOT PROJECT" and show the name and business address of the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by an unconditional cashier's check, certified check or surety bond of the bidder in the amount of ten percent (10%). The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
