The work includes the construction of approximately: 1620 CY Common Excavation 2490 SY Geotextile Fabric, Type V 3050 Ton Aggregate Base, Class 5 285 Ton Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (SPWEA240B) 425 Ton Type SP 12.5 Non-Wearing Course Mix (SPNWB230B) 1510 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter, Design B618 42 LF 12" RC Pipe Sewer Class V 180 LF 18" RC Pipe Sewer Class III 17 LF 24" RC Pipe Sewer Class III 18.4 LF Construct Drainage Structure, Design 48-4020 17.9 LF Construct Drainage Structure, Design R-1 210 CY Concrete Grade Beam 50 CY Concrete Retaining Wall 15 EA Type 1 - All-Thread Tensioned Rockbolt 60 LF Add'l Type 1 Rockbolt 16 EA Type 2 - All-Thread Untensioned Rockbolt 60 LF Add'l Type 2 Rockbolt 910 SF Concrete Bin-Wall 1200 CY Select Granular Backfill Modified 200 CY Class B Crushed Rock together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All work under the Contract must be complete by August 1, 2022. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Redwood Falls shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
