Site work for a transportation facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
**As of 2/7/2022 All bids were rejected. The work generally consists of labor, materials, and transportation, including fuel, power, water, and all appurtenant work necessary for the installation of owner provided existing track. The railroad improvements include installation of rail, switches, railroad ties, gravel base, hardscape amenities and other necessary appurtenances required to complete and create a serviceable project. The Project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $750,000 to $850,000 Any questions should be submitted to David Tanner, Senior Engineer, City of North Las Vegas, by email at tannerd@cityofnorthlasvegas.com. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021.
