Engineer estimate is $100,000-$200,000 SCOPE OF WORK: The project primarily consists of Signal and Pavement Marking Upgrades, at the intersection of Cheyenne Avenue and Revere Street. The Project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. A PREBID CONFERENCE will NOT be held for this project. Bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the project site and conditions without the attendance of City representatives. Any question should be submitted in writing to Mike Hudgeons, P.E., by email at hudgeonsm@ cityofnorthlasvegas.com no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 3, 2022. BID OPENING: All Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked, as detailed in Paragraph E, of the Instructions to Bidders, Section IB.1. All bids must be hand delivered or sent by First Class Mail, UPS, FedEx or other suitable mail service with tracking and proof of delivery. Bids received and stamped after the designated time will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Apparent bid results will be sent via email at the email address provided by the prospective bidders on the signature page of their Bid Proposal. The 1% Contractors List as presented in the Bid Proposal may be provided with the Bid or if not, is required to be provided within 2-hours of the City's email notification of the three (3) apparent low bidders. BID DOCUMENTS will be available on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 on the NGEM System and on Demandstar.com for a nominal fee with the vendor.
