Mobilization, traffic control, intersection and edge grinding, full width grinding, planing & other preparatory work necessary for the installation of a 2.5-inch 1/2 " HMA asphalt overlay. The limits are primarily curb to curb without intersection returns for connecting streets or neighborhoods. Utility structures in the roadway such as valves, manholes, monuments and the like will be raised to final grade following the overlay plus roadway striping. Four (4) ADA ramps will need to be updated. SITE OF WORK: The Project is located at NE Roney Road between NE Big Rock Road and Batten Road NE, Duvall, WA 98019. The Work must be completed within 45 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.
