Construction Will Be Completed While Traffic is Detoured as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 4024, Section 350, in Luzerne County, Ross Township From Approximately Station 11+25.00 at Segment 0160 Offset 1431 to Approximately Station 18+60.00 at Segment 0170 Offset 0311, With a Total Work Area Length of 535.00 Feet (0.101 Miles).
