Site work for a civil project in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Blooming Prairie 100,000-Gallon Elevated Water and 200,000-Gallon Ground Clear Well Tank In general, the project is described as furnishing and installing the following. Part 1, Bids will be received for Site work, consisting of watermain installation, high service pump installation and modifications, tower demolition of existing 65,000-gallon elevated tower and the demolition of an existing 230,000-gallon steel ground storage tank. Part 2, Bids will be received for two styles of elevated water towers consisting of a steel pedestal spheroid style elevated water tank, and a steel pedestal Hydro-cone style elevated water tank. Part 3. Bids will be received for the construction of a 200,000-gallon, cast in place concrete ground Clear Well tank. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
