Blooming Prairie 200,000-Gallon Ground Clear Well Tank In general, the project is described as furnishing and installing the following: Part 1, Bids will be received for Site work, consisting of watermain installation, high service pump installation and modifications, and the demolition of an existing 230,000-gallon steel ground storage tank. Part 2. Direct inquiries to Engineer's Project Manager, Daryl Kirschenman, at (612) 240-7402. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
