Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Remove existing exterior doors and replace with new Remove and reinstall exterior finishes to accommodate door replacement Remove and replace all deteriorated steel stud framing Remove and replace all deteriorated interior finishes Confirm the existence of the original air and vapour barriers during construction. Areas of the air and vapour barriers that are compromised to accommodate construction must be reinstated to meet the original design intent All mechanical, electrical and other items affected by restoration of framing must be replaced in accordance with current applicable codes Refer to drawings and specs for a detailed description of work Clean all areas affected by the work to the satisfaction of the client. All disruptive work and abatement (if required) must be scheduled afterhours Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
