Site work for a civil project in Main Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Excavate, supply and install approximately 102 L.F. of large concrete wall block, placement of rip-rap and related work, upstream and downstream of an existing culvert. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID Bond, on the form provided with this document, payable to the OWNER for ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID Bond. A Performance BOND and a Payment BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required in accordance with the Contract Surety provision of the GENERAL CONDITIONS.
