Renovation of an educational facility in Acushnet, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 67,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of December 09, 2021, this project was awarded to Young Developers but awarded amount is not yet available. Custom BT Plumbing - Araujo Bros Plumbing & Heating - 61,000.00 HVAC - DDS Industries - 60,500.00 Acushnet Elementary School Roof Replacement. Full roof replacement of +- 67,000 sf roof. Work includes removal of existing roof and installation of new insulation with EPDM membrane and flashing details. All equipment to be raised. All questions related to the Filed Sub Bid scope of work must be submitted by 10/1/21 @ 10:00 A.M. All questions related to the General Bid must be submitted by 10/8/21 @ 10:00 A.M. Questions submitted after these times will not be answered. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c 149, 44 A(2)(B) and to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149, 26 - 27H.
