The goal of the project is to replace as many deteriorated metal entrance railings as we can, within the allowed budget, with a durable, maintenance-free railing product. The Scope of the project includes but is not limited to assessment of the existing metal entrance railing conditions at the ADA compliant buildings in back with alternate to replace the front ones as well. Railings need to be replaced with a durable, maintenance-free aluminum railing product that is fully welded and powder coated.
