The Greylock Elementary School Project consists of the construction of a new two-story elementary school building of roughly, 73,600 gross sq. ft. The building will consist of classrooms, administrative offices, gym, cafeteria, and media center. The building is designed as a structural steel frame structure, with wood and steel beams. The building envelope will include brick cavity wall, fiber cement and composite terracotta panels. The heating and cooling will be provided by a water source variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system which includes a ground source geothermal.
