Site work for a municipal facility in North Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
All bids will require a 5% bid deposit eitherby cashier's check or by a qualified bid bond pursuant to MGL Ch 30 39M. This project isbeing funded through a local municipal appropriation. The lowest qualified and mostresponsible bidder shall be awarded the project subject to the availability of funding. TheCity of North Adams reserves the right to reject and or all bids or to waive any, informalitiesin the bidding.
