Replace existing damper configuration with (6) individual Ruskin CD-50 aluminum dampers (or approved equal) per AHU. Units Involved: AHU-1 and AHU-2 (stuck open) Existing Conditions Each Air Handling Unit (AHU) contains two rows of three dampers (total of six dampers per AHU), each approximately 115" long x 67_" high, with each section 37_" wide. Each row is controlled by one Belimo actuator. See enclosed photos. Proposed Work Replace existing damper configuration with (6) individual Ruskin CD-50 aluminum dampers (or approved equal) per AHU. Each damper will be equipped with "in airflow" style jack shafts for actuator mounting. Contractor shall: _ Verify individual damper sizes prior to fabrication or installation. _ Provide all necessary sheet metal, bracing, and support for a complete and finished installation. _ Demolish and remove existing dampers. Control System Integration Remove existing actuators and control wiring. _ Turn over removed actuators to the Owner. _ Supply and install (1) Belimo NF24-S actuator per damper (total of 12 actuators). _ Mount actuators within the airflow stream on jack shafts. _ Install EMT conduit with compression fittings within each AHU for control and monitoring wiring. _ Replace control wiring and integrate with the existing Schneider Electric Building Management System (BMS). _ Reuse existing control outputs and inputs for damper control and proving. _ Update BMS graphics to reflect new damper configuration.
