For McMullen County ISD Athletic Upgrades - Track Replacement - The Project is generally described as follows: Track Replacement as indicated on the drawings and specifications to include all general construction, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and all other work as indicated on the construction documents. All proposals must be delivered in person or by United States mail. Proposals received by oral, telephonic, facsimile, telegraph or other electronic means are invalid and will not receive consideration. All documents required to be submitted as set forth in the Instructions to Offerors shall be enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope, addressed to the "McMullen County ISD" at the address specified below and identified as a proposal for the Track Replacement Project.
