All work, except sealing and final pavement markings, must be accomplished within 12 consecutive calendar days of the contract start date that will be listed in the Notice to Proceed. Final pavement markings must be completed within 2 addition consecutive calendar days, and sealing must be completed in 1 addition calendar day. BIDDER(s) agree to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $1,500 per day for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that work remains incomplete, as provided in Section 80-08 of the General Provisions.
