Site work for a water / sewer project in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing and installing 1,165 LF of 12" PVC waterline, 200 LF of 16" HDPE waterline, and 20 LF of 18" PVC waterline along with associated valves, fire hydrants, services, and connection to existing waterlines. The waterlines will be constructed with both open trenching and directional boring. Open trenching will require asphalt restoration. The project will include funding from the Utah Division of Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program. Project to comply with these requirements: American Iron and Steel, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), MBE/WBE, Davis-Bacon wages, etc. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening thereof. The selection process schedule is expected to proceed as outlined in Table 1 Tuesday, June 22, 2021 End of inquiries, questions and interpretation period (5 p.m. MDT).
