The existing gates are electrically operated, vertical, fixed-wheel gates, also known as wheel-mounted gates. The gates, operational elements and electrical service were all installed in 1957, and have deteriorated to the point where they have become difficult to operate and need to be repaired, upgraded or replaced. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
