The Work consists of exterior window replacement and miscellaneous improvements to the main stockade building, Mess Hall Building and Recreation Building at the London Correctional Institute. Work schedule is Tuesday thru Friday 10 hr. per day The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 616 consecutive days from the Commencement Date in the Notice to Proceed. Project is prevailing wage and tax exempt.
