Site work for a water / sewer project in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Contract No. 2022-009C, Lockington Dam Left Wall Drain System and Concrete Repair-Phase 1 project in Washington Township, Shelby County, Ohio. Bids must be submitted on MCD Proposal Forms and must be accompanied by a bid guaranty to the benefit of The Miami Conservancy District. The bidder has an option of the bid guaranty. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid. The bid bond shall be secured by a guaranty or a surety company licensed as surety by the Ohio Department of Insurance. The bid guaranty may also be a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid drawn to the Treasurer of The Miami Conservancy District. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty as a guarantee that the bidder after such acceptance will furnish an approved surety bond for the faithful performance of the Contract. The lowest responsive and most responsible bidder who meets the requirements of ORC 153.54 will be accepted, except that the right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical defects as the interests of MCD may require.
