The Project consists of performing Rabbit Creek Lift Station Improvements including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; demolition of the existing wet well top slab; construction of a new wet well top slab; three (3) submersible pumps with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; protective coatings; elevated transformer walkway; one (1) 400 kW diesel engine driven generator; sound attenuated weatherproof level 2 enclosure; elevated electrical equipment and generator walkway; automatic transfer switch, distribution panel, SCADA panel, electrical service disconnect switches, VFDs, conduit, wire and associated piping; site work; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. This section provides for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, power and incidentals, and for performing all operations necessary to dewater, drain and maintain excavations and foundation beds as described herein and as necessary for construction of structures and appurtenances. Included are construction, maintenance and removal of cofferdams; removal of standing water, surface drainage and seepage from excavation or other work, and protecting work against rising waters and floods, and repair of any resulting damage. The Project consists of constructing the Rabbit Creek Lift Station Improvements including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; demolition of the existing wet well top slab; construction of a new wet well top slab with floodproof hatches; wet well rehabilitation; three (3) submersible pumps with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; protective coatings; elevated transformer walkway; one (1) 400 kW diesel engine driven generator; sound attenuated weatherproof level 2 enclosure; elevated electrical equipment and generator walkway; automatic transfer switch, distribution panel, pad mounted transformer, SCADA panel, electrical service disconnect switches, VFDs, conduit, wire and associated piping; site work; phased bypass pumping; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
