Renovation of an educational facility in Kilgore, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 41,500-square-foot educational facility.
Stark Residence Hall Renovations, The project consists of interior demolition and new finish-out of restrooms in an existing 8-story building: - Renovate existing first floor restrooms for handicapped accessibility. - Convert existing group restrooms / showers to (4) single user restroom / showers and (4) handicapped accessible single user restroom / showers on (7) floors of the residence hall. - Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. - Seven (7) alternates involving various other scopes/trades. Kilgore College Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all formalities and award a contract only in the best interest of the institution. Work includes interior demolition and new finish-out of restrooms in existing 8-story building. Bidders must submit bids for the work detailed in Appendix A. Kilgore College desires work to begin no sooner than December 10, 2022, with a required completion date no later than August 23, 2023.
