A timeline for the award is not yet established.** NYPA is seeking proposals for the enhancement of one of the constant level ponds at Blenheim-Gilboas Upper Reservoir. The enhancement work will include, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installation of fish attraction structures. At this time, a pre-bid tour is not planned. Due to summer operations at the B-G Power Plant, most of the work area in the Upper Reservoir will be inundated with water. However, the B-G Upper Reservoir, accessed by Kingsley Road, Gilboa, NY, is open to the public during daylight hours. Visitors are asked to call NYPA security 800-724-0309, prior to their arrival if they plan to launch a non-motorized boat. Mobilization and Demobilization, Phase 1. 2. Site Access and Preparation, Phase 1: All labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to prepare site for construction, establishment and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, and proper disposal of all cleared organic materials. 3. Water Control, Phase 1: Develop a dewatering plan and provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to implement and maintain the plan. 4. Earthwork, Phase 1: All labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the excavation and dewatering of existing materials and the placement of new materials for the reconstruction of the constant level pond. Placement of soil-choked stone fill and coir fiber matting with a loam layer underneath. Proper disposal of spoils and unused materials. 5. Fish Attraction Structures, Phase 1: All labor, materials, and equipment to furnish and install fish attraction structures in the Upper Reservoir. 6. Mobilization and Demobilization, Phase 2. 7. Site Access and Preparation, Phase 2: All labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to prepare site for construction, establishment and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, and proper disposal of all cleared organic materials. 8.
