Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shelby Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including construction of bituminous and aggregate walkways, concrete bullpen,waterline, site furnishings, bullpen fencing and gates, and all incidental construction at Stony Creek Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan. State or federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or federal requirements will apply. Grant funding by the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund (MNRTF). The contractor and all sub-contractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
