Demolish and replace high pressure condensate and pump discharge piping. Demolish and replace domestic cold water. Provide new isolation valves in steam system. New expansion joints on high pressure steam and high pressure return and pump discharge. Structural repairs throughout the tunnel. Replacement and provision of new pipe guides, anchors, and supports. ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 & .2 HVAC - $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES = (.1) $1,000.00 per day & (.2) $750.00 per day.
