Site work and paving for a road / highway in Nolanville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Questions cut off at noon on Friday, June 25th The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Construction of approximately: 7" Cement stabilization and 2" Type D HMAC overlay on Red Leaf from Wilderness Basin to Meadow Oaks and 8" Cement stabilization and 2.5" Type D HMAC on E. Avenue H from 8th Street to 10th Street; Point repairs on Lazy Brook. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Nolanville, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract. Contract as may be advantageous to the City. The City of Nolanville also reserves the right to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted. The City also has the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary. Low bidder shall be established by the sum of the combination of parts chosen by the City. To be eligible to bid on a project you must get all the bidding documents from the Engineer.
