Clark County is requesting time and material quotes for asphalt patch and repair services on an as needed basis. This quote will be used as a pricing guideline by which the selected Contractor shall quote the cost of actual projects as they are requested by Clark County The term of this contract will be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 or until a formal bid is awarded for these services pursuant to 332.039.1(a), whichever occurs first. Purchase Order(s) will be issued on an as needed basis and for a total not to exceed of $100,000 This quote does not encompass Prevailing Wage projects. Contractor's commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance policy shall be endorsed to recognize specifically Contractor's contractual obligation of additional insured to Clark County. All policies must note that Clark County will be given thirty (30) calendar days advance notice by certified mail "return receipt requested" of any policy changes, cancellations, or anyerosion of insurance limits. All labor rates shall be reflective of services rendered in the contiguous Las Vegas Valley area. For services required outside of the Las Vegas Valley area, billing shall be reflective of actual time billed at the hourly rates contained herein plus mileage
