Clarification Deadline: 7/7/2021 3:00 PM A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Adams County Board of Commissioners in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of their qualifications to perform the work. For reinforcing the existing roof framing which consists of steel bar joists and joist grinders and placing a TPO membrane roof over the existing standing seam metal roof Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Adams County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
