Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of June 09, 2025, the project Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC, with an awarded amount of $115,329.12.** Location of the work will include two (2) segments of Fleshman Mill Road (approx. 9,908 sq yds). Work to consist of the following: Furnish labor and materials required to complete in-place Ultra-Thin Wearing Gradation B, PG64S-22 applied as per PennDOT PUB 408, Section 489. Contractor responsible for milling notches at all tie in locations, this will be considered incidental to the UTBWC item Sealing of longitudinal joints with PG 64S-22 is not required. Bid as total bid with combined bid items. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. Contact office at 717-624-8049 to receive forms. Bidder is required to review proposed project with Municipality's representative prior to bidding. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Municipality, supplies must PennDOT specifications, as appropriate. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Questions shall be directed Gallagher, Roadmaster (717) 624-8049. Notice is hereby given to Bidders that work under this contract is considered maintenance and therefore not subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, 1961 P.L. 987.
