Renovation of a parking garage in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Sealed bids for precast concrete parking deck structure maintenance work (joint sealant replacement, concrete spall repair, crack repair, deck cleaning and sealing) The Council of the Borough of Gettysburg have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Borough of Gettysburg. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Borough of Gettysburg in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Clarification Deadline: 6/25/2020 2:00 PM Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is sixty day (60) calendar days. The Borough of Gettysburg reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
