Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide sanitary sewer and water valve replacement services for the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) at 2200 West 35th Street, Austin, TX 78703. The project includes but is not limited to a partial replacement of an existing 8-inch clay sanitary sewer on the east side between buildings 58 and 39 (approximately 1,400 LF) with a new 8 inch PVC line and replacement of certain water valves (approximately 21) located along the main water line. The total estimated cost of this project is $850,000.00. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE PRE-QUALIFIED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT (PRIME & GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY). Once a bidder has been Pre-Qualified, the bid package will be released.
