Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This solicitation is being reposted. DPS is seeking contractors to replace DPS-owned macroserver interfaces located in Building U at 5806 Guadalupe Street, Austin, TX 78752 that are critical for local building automation systems. Contractor Requirements and Responsibilities a. Work. DPS will provide the virtual servers and access to such for the Contractor to perform the work described in this section. All software required to edit the front end and devices reside on the DPS Server. i. Contractor must remove (2) existing NAE network controllers from the BAS (Building Automation System) and replace with (2) new SNE22001-0 network controllers. ii. Contractor must verify that the BAS is operating normally after replacement of the BAS network controllers. iii. Contractor must remove current Phoenix Macroserver from the Phoenix portion of the BAS and deliver to DPS personnel for internal disposal. iv. Contractor must furnish (1) New Phoenix ICT Smart Router installed where the current Macroserver is located. v. Contractor must install and Configure Phoenix Software and Licenses on a virtual server (Provided by DPS) vi. Contractor must retrieve a current backup from the existing database and restore that database to the virtual server mentioned above. vii. When complete the contractor must verify that the existing Phoenix field devices are communicating with the new server and that the BAS is able to communicate with the Phoenix field devices. viii. Contractor must integrate the Phoenix system into the Metasys system. ix. Contractor must verify that the existing Phoenix Field Devices are communicating with the new Server and that the Metasys BAS can see all the points from the Phoenix Server x. Contractor must provide and install any other miscellaneous materials needed for a fully functional system. xi. Contractor must provide start-up support and a one-year warranty on materials & labor. DPS reserves the right to assess liquidated damages at an amount up to $500.00 per day for each Business Day Contractor fails to meet contract requirements
