This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Nova Scotia Lands Inc. (NSLI) to prospective Proponents to submit quotations for asphalt paving at two locations in Harbourside Commercial Park, Sydney NS. Location 1: Stable Drive is a gravel driveway off Stable Drive adjacent to the Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board (CBVRSB) Transportation and Maintenance Facility. Location 2: Crawford Crossing is a gravel driveway off Crawford Crossing leading to Nova Scotia Land's Water Treatment Plant. Both driveways are owned and operated by NSLI with an existing granular base; see Section 3 for site locations.
