* Tender was awarded to: TPC1.01 - Civil: Northern Contracting Ltd. - $547,820.00; TPC1.02 - Formwork & Falsework: NCL/Northern Contracting Ltd. - $1,527,305.00; TPC1.03 - Concrete Supply and Pumping: Quality Concrete Inc.- $966,966.45; TPC1.04 - Concrete Reinforcing: Rendan Fabricators Limited - $1,371,000.00; TPC1.05 - Concrete Floor Finishing: NCL/Northern Contracting Ltd. - $430,560.00; TPC1.06 - Waterproofing - In accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, this Trade Contract has been cancelled. The intent of this tender is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with the Cancer Centre Tender Package #1 (TPC#01) - Foundation and Civil for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH) Clinical Services Addition - Cancer Centre Project, which consists of the construction of the Cape Breton Cancer Centre building foundation and civil work. The Cancer Centre construction site is located at Regional Hospital Boulevard in Sydney, Nova Scotia, adjacent to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. The Cancer Centre is one of the segments of a larger CBRH Redevelopment Project.
