The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 July 13, 2021 at 1:30 PM Indiantown Road Raw Water Main Crossing (W2011A) The nature and scope of this project is: The construction of a section of raw watermain approximately 1,425 linear feet of 20-inch DIPS DR9 HDPE (base bid) or 24-inch DIPS DR9 HDPE (alternate bid) raw water main piping from the western terminus of the Jupiter Gardens Drive right-of-way traveling northward, crossing below the South Indian River Water Control District (SIRWCD) Canal, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) C-18 Canal, and Indiantown Road east of I-95, and ending north of Indiantown Road in the Limestone Creek Road extension. Construction of the raw watermain crossing below the canals and roadway shall be accomplished via horizontal directional drilling (HDD). A parallel 2.5-inch DR11 HDPE conduit shall be installed with the primary HDD pipeline. Construction of additional raw water main piping, butterfly valves and appurtenances by open cut will be required on both sides of the HDD crossing, including tying into an existing raw watermain at the south end of the project. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Work in its entirety, as proposed by the Bid Documents, Bid Drawings, and Technical Specifications.
