**As of October 2 , 2024 , This project has been awarded to Ranger Construction for $2,159,698.85.** Project Description: This project consists of but is not limited to, the milling of existing asphalt pavement, adjustments to utility manholes and valves, concrete removal and installation, asphaltic concrete roadway overlay, striping rehabilitation, and striping of new asphalt. Contractors bidding this project shall be FDOT prequalified and all asphalt and concrete incorporated shall be obtained from an FDOT approved plant. Bid Bond In accordance with Section 12.1 of the Invitation to Bid, each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Town and be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Payment and Performance Bonds: The firm awarded the Contract must submit a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Project Budget: The Towns budget for this project is $1,600,000.00 the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
