GENERAL PREQUALIFICATION Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager to bid the project. Those bidders who are NOT previously prequalified for the current 2021 year must submit the form in this bid package. Confirm your status with Tawni Glover. Prequalifications must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to bid. BID SECURITY There is 5% security required to bid this project for EVERY Bid Package. BONDING All bids exceeding $100,000 shall provide Performance & Payment Bonds. Childers acknowledges NO responsibility for faxed, electronic or second party delivered bids. All bid results listed on Bid Tabulations are unofficial until scope reviews are conducted after the bid date. Final bid results will be based on base bid AND any combination of alternates.
