Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hardy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids will be received for the following trade and material packages: 1. Demolition 2. Earthwork 3. Asphalt Paving 4. Cement Paving 5. Pavement Markings C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Highland School District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Highland School District - Middle School Paving, located in Hardy, AR. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $100,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or speciality license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Highland Public School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
