Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Mulberry, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,350-square-foot educational facility; and for the addition of a 1,700-square-foot educational facility.

The project consists of an approximately 1,500 square foot addition to the existing Cafeteria, as well as, renovations to the existing Kitchen at the Marvin Elementary Campus.Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope.
