Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mulberry, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of improvements to the Mulberry Water Treatment Plant including replacement of existing raw water pumps, installation of a new raw water distribution structure and raw water meter vault, construction of a new solids contact clarifier and replacement of the existing solids contact clarifier mechanism, construction of at least one (1) new filter, upgrades to the existing filters, installation of a redundant backwash pump, construction of a new finished water flow meter and control valve vault, construction of a new 500,000 gallon precast prestressed reinforced concrete clearwell, site preparation, site piping, site restoration and other related improvements as shown on the Construction Plans and described in these Specifications. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
