Renovation of an educational facility in Mulberry, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes Reroofing of the existing High School Cafeteria and Kitchen Building. In an effort to abide by Covid-19 guidelines & requirements all prospective bidders must be prepared to wear a mask and maintain the proper social distancing during the Pre-bid Conference. Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. If the successful bidder's bid amount meets or exceeds $20,000 they will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bids will be accepted for the following bid packages: P1 Roofing The Owner, Architect and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.Bd
