The project consists of the new construction of an approximately 3,350 square foot standalone Safe Room located at the Mulberry High School Campus Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. All successful bidders whose bid meets or exceeds $20,000 will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. Given this project is Federally Funded, Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Requirements DO apply.
