Renovation of an educational facility in Russellville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for cooler-freezer renovations in accordance with contract documents prepared by HTW - Architects, Engineers, and Planners.Each contractor's bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. A Performance and Payment bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with Arkansas State Law.
