The selected Consultant shall assist INDOT during all phases of the project in planning and preparation of materials for all public meetings, public hearings and any other meetings with stakeholders or groups, including elected officials and governmental entities. As an option at INDOT`s sole discretion, INDOT may elect to negotiate with the selected Consultant to provide Design-Build Construction Phase services, including but not limited to Design Reviews and Schedule Reviews. Other similar character services within or adjacent to the corridor may be included later if required for prudent delivery of the project, as determined by INDOT.
