Site work for a water / sewer project in Hominy, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary sewer line relocation for S.H. 99 improvements. scope Work under this heading shall include all items of demolition and clearing necessary to prepare the site for construction North of intersection of Cotton Gin Road and S.H. 99 The Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement within a period of time not to exceed 60 calendar days following the issuance by the Engineer of a Work Order authorizing the Contractor to commence work on the project. Liquidated damages shall be paid by the Contractor at the rate of $500.00 per each and every calendar day required by him to complete the contract in excess of the contract time. The undersigned bidder hereby agrees to furnish the required Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, Maintenance Bond, and evidence of insurance and to enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the acceptance of this proposal, and further agrees to complete the work in 60 days (stipulated in the Contract Agreement) from the date of the issuance by the Engineer of a Work Order authorizing commencement of work.
